If you choose to contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, which may be your name, telephone number, organisation and the details of your enquiry.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use the information you send us to respond to and manage your enquiry, and to provide any services you go on to engage us for. Under UK GDPR we rely on the following lawful bases:

• Performance of a contract: delivering services you engage us for.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We use trusted providers strictly to operate our business:

• Microsoft services for our email and hosting.
• Content delivery networks (Google Fonts and Cloudflare) that deliver the web fonts used on this site. These may receive your IP address as part of serving those files. They set no cookies on this site.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

International transfers

Our email and hosting run on Microsoft services, which may process data inside or outside the UK. Where data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
